TSC Directory 2013 Message
The Toyota Suppliers’ Club, Malaysia is dedicated to introducing and sharing world’s best manufacturing practices with the members and creating opportunities for automotive component manufacturers to become globally competitive. In collaboration with Toyota, the Executive Committee is proud to have organised various programs relating to the Safety, Toyota Production System and Environmental Sustainability.
The association that we share with TOYOTA is both unique and symbiotic. It is one that goes well beyond that of a supplier and customer relationship, which has over the years resulted in the enhancement of our capabilities bringing about a transformation of some our member companies and changing the way we see our role as manufacturers of automotive components. What has been and what we have become comes from our desire to make changes in our companies and TOYOTA sharing with us and showing us the way.
This website is a testimony of this very special bond that binds the vendor community and Toyota. Through this website member companies can view, from anywhere in the world, the events that have taken place as well as those that have been planned for the future. Member companies, who are featured on this website, can also take pride that they have met the standards and are qualified to supply to Toyota.
FORMATION
Toyota Suppliers' Club (TSC) was officially formed and registered in 20th August 1997 with official registered office address at Persiaran Selangor, 40000 Shah Alam.
OBJECTIVES
- To foster closer relationship amongst members and between members and ASSB.
- To organise seminars and workshops for the benefit of the members in areas related to their standing as vendor to ASSB especially on quality improvement methods, productivity improvement, management etc.
- To promote and organise export programme and to develop channel of request for Technical Assistance arrangement with overseas organization.
- To organize educational tours local and overseas to further enhance members' capabilities.
- To promote good and healthy relationship within the auto component industry and the government agencies.
- To organise any functional activities which are considered beneficial to members and ASSB.
